This privacy policy applies to the Is Your Room Clean app for mobile devices and web browsers, together with any related services operated by Grant's Programming Services (collectively, the "Application"). Grant's Programming Services is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance user experience and provide certain features. Customer images are stored for less than one hour and are used only for analysis of room cleanliness. They are not retained for general storage, resale, or unrelated purposes.
Customer images are sent to Google Gemini for AI-powered cleanliness analysis. Only the image is transmitted to Google Gemini; no other customer-related data, such as the customer's name, email address, account details, or camera metadata, is sent with it.
We will send you an email if there are any changes to how we process your images or data.
Human Access and Live Data Testing
The Application is tested and monitored by humans on a daily basis to verify that its features and services are working properly. These tests are performed using proprietary cameras, images, and other test data owned or controlled by the Service Provider.
Customer Ring camera images and other live customer data are not used for testing and are not accessed or reviewed by human testers. Customer images are processed only as described in this Privacy Policy to provide the requested cleanliness analysis.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
International Data Transfers
The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms.

Please note that some User Provided Data may be required for the Application to function properly.
Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data or account by contacting the Service Provider at admin@domainservices.biz. The Service Provider will process your request within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Upon verification of your identity, the Service Provider will delete your personal data from its systems, except where retention is required for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes.
Children
The Application is intended to be operated only by adults who are 18 years of age or older. An adult may use the Application to monitor a space occupied by children for whom that adult is a parent or legal guardian. The Application is not intended for use by children, and children may not create accounts or operate the Application.
